For example, if I "wait and see" and by the 3rd DLC I'm thinking "Oh, I wish I had them, I really should buy them all," will I be allowed to buy the season pass late?
    They said it will

ok soooo.. read thru all these and my question isnt in there.

Im a broke mofo sooooo, im not planning to buy the "super ultra mega omigosh u got to be in a red car and red suit just like eeeeeeeeeveryone else and look exactly the same as the others" package. The site has two things for "pre order", Standard, and deluxe. And it also has this $40 DLC thingamajig. I dont care about "additional content" right now. i dont need a new race, i dont need a red car, i dont want the "General grievous in red" suit, and i could care less about the hat. I just want to start playing, as inexpensively as possible, with as little money up front as is needed.

    SO! That being said.
    1. If i JUST get the "Season pass", would i still be able to play?
    2. Is there some other hidden version out there somewhere that DOESNT have all the ridiculous "perks" that aren't really necessary?
    3. Is this set up so that we have to buy the game initially, and then continue to pay for the DLC's? (rather than a monthly fee) In other words, even if i got the "standard" version, id still have to buy the DLC?
    4. If i just wanted to play the initial content of the game, where would i buy THAT. cuz thats what im lookin for.

    Thanks =)

    1. You cannot just buy the DLC without buying the game.
    2. Not that I know of.
    3. Yes, but you do not HAVE to buy the DLC to continue playing.
From my understanding, the DLC is free to everyone. Buying the season pass only allows you to access and use loot / items from the DLC. The actual maps / areas that are added will be free to everyone. They did this so as not to seperate the player base. If you enjoy the new content, simply purchase it to be able to use the items you have collected. Hope this helps.
    4. If by initial content you mean the game itsself before DLC, well then anywhere. Amazon, GameStop, BestBuy, Trion, Steam...etc.

0: The red car comes with ALL pre orders

1: You have to buy the base game.

2: Just buy the $60 base game.

3: You will not have to buy any of the DLC. It was designed so that people without it can still play the content etc but they will not be able to play any new races, vehicles or specific weapons in that DLC. That being said there are 5 paid DLC in the season pass with additional FREE DLC that will also come out.

4: That would depend where you live. Most game retailers carry the base $60 game which seems to be what you are interested in. Just go online and check your favorite.

not sure if answered but do we need to buy the season pass from steam if we bought the steam version of the game or can we just pre order it from trions store?

3.) The Season Pass will be available along side all the DLC launch content. So if you buy it now or down the road it will be available to purchase. You will still have the option to buy individual DLC if you want to go that route, but understand the cost of each individual DLC will be greater than the bundle offer of all 5.
Is the steam Season Pass a code we have to redeem on Trion's site?

I have pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition. The season pass contained within is related to exactly the same content on offer with the pass being announced on this thread, right?
