considering how much the game costs to begin with i think another $40 usd is quite excessive

considering what those of us at launch went through and the pittance given out as a "apology" we are basically paying full price for a what is basically a trial with another $40 for the full version. no game should cost over over a hundred dollars and if it does get that high something is wrong with the pricing model. if trion wanted to really apologize to the preorders they would give us a code for 50% off hint hint.

Should have reordered through steam. Also, 100$ is not outside of the price range of many games, especially when you think this is a mmo without a subscription and the dlc are not mandatory to get full access to all of the important things.

well that kinda sucks, if i pay for a pass just to then turn around and pay for the dlc's again...that just doesnt seem like good marketing, when with borderlands and the walking dead episodes if you buy the pass you get the dlc for free, as with most other games and not just a " discount for the dlc's ", sounds kinda redundant to me, or maybe im confused how that works, but as far as im seeing it, its like you buy the pass and still end up having to buy the dlc's that come with the pass at discounted prices ergo the redundant part, ive got the pass but it would suck to have to pay for something again that ive already paid for in advance (ie the dlc)

He means if you buy the season pass you get all the normal content at a discounted price. So you pay 39.99 now, instead of 49.99 later.

Considering how quickly many a people have gone through the mission's currently set out I just hope that the missions they release will be more challenging and longer than the ones out presently otherwise many a people will feel let down and rather annoyed

Haha I read all the way to page 20 not reading the whole thing but did not see anything about us being to change race which is silly seeing as there's no reason to have more than one character. Now I have to spend 40+ more hours to get back where I was if I want to be the new race. Hopefully I am wrong an I missed it but I got tired of reading everybody's arguments haha

Have you tried going through the live chat?
I have tickets that I submitted over a week ago, give or take, and still haven't gotten a reply on, one of them regarding the "That's All I Got" data recorder not triggering.
Went to live chat, and it was resolved in minutes - excluding the ~20 min wait.

In case you have a problem with opening the chat window if you're using, for example, Firefox, try opening it via IE - counter-intuitive, I know, but it worked for me.

If the first DLC is terrible then no way im buying the season pass as its 5 for the price of 4, so once a single DLC is rubbish its no different skipping it and buying the other 4 over the season pass.

GIVE US ALL YOUR MONEY FIRST mentality is whats killing DLC.

Dont do season pass, just release 5 bits of DLC each equally worth the value. If you do a bad job then we dont buy. Why should we pay up front and have 5 bits of potential terrible DLC?

Other games allow and make money doing it. WoW comes to mind. You can even switch faction if you are willing to pay.
