How many bulwarks do you reckon you farm in say 30 minutes in those three areas? Because I usually just go up and down from the North-East to the giant city and all the Dark Matter camps inbetween including Nob Hill, so around 30 minutes I'd get about 4 in, more if I have a buddy with me.

Southwest corner of San Fran there is an area with beat down buildings - after you disable the 3 turret generators then 3 bulwarks spawn (everytime).

that rampage trial at the overpass spawns them like crazy if you last long enough and you have a minigun so you take them down in about 2 seconds, i got 20 that way yesterday in one go, took about 8 minutes i think.
You are right! I just tried it out and it's much faster than the first method. Images and guide added to the first post.
I do this too and its by far fastest and guarantee 3 every time
