Point Bonita Refinery - Saulisto location where?

Hello,

I have been at this now for 5 hours searching for this location and I cannot at all find it.

I found all locations around the game, even San Fransisco and yet I cannot find this place. Point Bonita Refinery.

Does anyone know where it is... Do not say do your missions because I done them and I've left that place and I am in SF across the bridge and I am missing it.
