Unlock Mod Slot for Gun - Loading Effect stuck

I have encountered a bug, which appears when you try unlock a mod slot on a gun, which requres 2 (currency?) and if you lack those, the transaction „loading” effect gets stuck through the game and only relogging seems to help.
I have a video of this I recorded, uploaded on plays.tv (it’s long, because I finished another mission just to see if the cutscene repairs it, but as seen in the end it doesn’t) the link is below so you guys get a better idea of what I’m talking about.
