Lmao. Yea I've been stuck here for 6 hours. Been messaging them a bunch on Twitter and haven't heard a single thing back. I found a work around by signing out of Xbox and logging back in if you abandoned the quest before doing that then accepted it again the objectives would show up but I was disconnected from the servers around 9:30 or so.
