shadow strike says, it adds 30% more damage while you are cloaked; does that mean only when i am invisible i do 30% more damage or as long as my cloak power is active i do 30% more damage?

Once you become completely visible the bonus wears off. Multiple bullets can get the effect because the transition period is a couple seconds.
