Why hasn't a moderator merged the two threads?

The week before the beta started i got a suspension because i bumped 2 posts about the question of EU players being able to play the beta on US server PS4. I bumped one of my posts and another one from other user and i got suspended if you can believe it.

This only shows what kind of moderation we have here.
Every time i get a warning or a supension i just raise my hands to the sky and ask why...lol

Why start two threads about the same thing?

I made this after I was officially told there would be no trading at launch. I made this with the intent of getting people together to get trade into the game. The other thread was asking a simple question.

A friend of mine recently had his thread deleted and a warning for posting positive comments and criticisms about the beta. Might not have helped that I posted some pretty negative remarks about a few ppl's remarks and whinings. If that was the case that it was my fault how come my post wasn't deleted and me getting the warning. Smh...

If people want to trade to new friends who just joined the game, what issue is that?? People did and do it all the time on defiance 360. I don't see the whole issue that you say is here.

Have you seen what we need to do to lvl in def 2050? Not same as def 13.You level up from the power lvl on your gear. So if one of your friends join the game 6 month after release and your power is 1500 and his is 10,if you give him a 1500lvl gear he will be 1500 lvl from 1 trade.You are admittedly saying you want to cheat the game knowing this. all he would need to do is hit a fue arks and he will drop a power 1500lvl gear.Not right for the people that played properly. I would like the devs to clear up this matter because it seems people Don't understand anything about what thay have commented on other then what thay want rather then whats right.Like talking to a child.

Yeah and don't even get me started on their customer service! But it's the game we hate to love and love to hate...

I came in first on majors/sieges/minors multiple times during the beta. I know how the system works. Compared to defiance 360, it isn't even anywhere near the same combat system.


You completely fail to even acknowledge though that this way of so called "cheating" as you put it by trading is exactly what was in old defiance since day 1 until they changed the way the combat/ego system worked. They made it to where your ego power actually mattered. Now your entire argument towards not having trade in the game is simply because it would cause unbalance with new players/low ego players making them on par with high egos. Truth of the matter is, the cards are in Trion's hands. We can argue until the servers are shut down, but to what point? You clearly do not want trade in the game and I clearly do.


Note: I had 25 ego rating only using 602 power rating coming in first at majors/sieges/minors. Sure I got higher level gear but didn't use it for the simple matter of it doesn't matter. I have a friend who had power rating 730 during beta but does that make him deal more dmg than me or anyone else? Or better yet, cause an unbalance between him or me? No because until a dev openly states exactly how the new system works compared to gear rating/power rating/ego rating, it's all assumptions.

I think it is not needed. At start. Think about it.....The power lvl is apart of the kit you want to trade everyone will be after the higher lvl gear through trade to get to top power lvl without having to do no work other then trade. I think trade should be granted to all players when thay are top rank.

Agree, I think that the game will evolve in parallel with the players and probably will arise changes and developments, there are many people thinking as a 6k player respect to Def'50 and maybe Trion is directing the project to other type of players.
( ... those that has decide play Defiance'50 without thinking in Def'13).
