Fragcharge with the really high minimum damage.
Same as cavadus, fragcharge with 900 odd minimum damage.
I really enjoyed the emp grenade in SF. Emp in general is my favorite. There is very little you can 1 shot with a grenade in the game and I had a 28 sec recharge emp grenade. Makes rioters, etc easy.

Yeah we had a thread on this before, consensus seemed to be the Frag just because of the huge damage difference. One person in a group with bio works, and pyro only really useful for amusement or enemies with shields.
However people are getting cluster grenades now, those could be very good.
Cluster as it can do more than a frag in many circumstances if thrown right.

I lucked out on that one. I have two legendary items and one is of course a shotgun - because it's always a shotgun from the lockboxes. But the frag is great. Does a max of 3500 or something. Great grenade.
Dat one. Gave me few double kills in pvp it's funny.
