Stuff Missing, Trion Support Says they Can't Help.

My clan has over 100 active members, members missing a bunch of stuff that Trion says they "can't recover". This is no joke, so take this message as you will.

I am getting sick and tired of logging on each day to find lame patches fixing stuff people aren't even complaining about, but my clan members are logging in with missing weapons, missing vehicles, mods are gone, customer service can't restore them, and progression is removed and set back.

This is all happening on a daily basis!

Yesterday's patch really started it. The tutorial got more unnecessary changes and updates than the entire game over the past week. And the tutorial doesn't even matter, because some of us can't even keep our weapons once we log out!

I really wish I knew what platform this was all happening on... but seeing as how NO ONE tags their bugs with appropriate headers ([PC], [XB], [PS3]) I cant tell! But I'm pretty sure the problem is probably related to corrupt data or bad checksums somewhere and that the patch on the 15th will, in all likelyhood, attempt to address this.

tutorial changes can be done without a client patch. a lot of the issues you're reporting are with the client, which is being patched as we speak, or may have already been done and it pending approval from the console makers.

And as to console patches, egads... did you know those can cost upwards of 100k USD per patch to roll out and have to go through that stupid certification process before they're even released (for XBL at least, not sure about PSN)?

None of the problems Trion faces bringing the game up to speed are the concern of the customer.This should have all been handled before release. Stop trying to put this on the customers back, your nose is getting a little brown there..

That's because I just assume Trion is tracking which platform bugs are reported with. I also am assuming that Trion is logs our location on the game map, EGO rating and other pertinent info.

So you are telling us that all that is seen in our bug report is the text we type, that's it, not even our account info????

That happened to my clan also. It was a glitch and everything was fine. I would say if the stuff is really gone you should try and contact them again requesting them returned. That is what I would do. Also I have had some weapons end up in my buy back section lol Maybe your clan members are selling them by mistake? It can happen lol
