    He's asking the OP for more information, we're just users like you.... We can't assist the guy if he doesn't tell us that info....
    Your Challenger won't drive? You're probably in the passenger seat.
    Can't sell/delete an item? Check all of your loadouts, it's likely still equipped.
    Auction house? Why? It'll just render bits purchased lock boxes pointless, and weapons are mostly equal anyway.
    Gear/enemy progression? No thanks, it'll only render 90% of the content trivial when you reach the highest zone.

    I just lost a weapon I had in the mod queue. It does not say anywhere that is you lose connection while your weapon sits in a ten minute queue, that your weapon gets deleted. Grrrrrrr

    Can Trion just get rid of the 10 minute queue, so we don't loose weapons in this way?

    No no, not the ingame bugs. Thats (probably...) all tagged. I'm talking about the Topic Titles that people make related to bugs in the forums.
    Please, for the love of god, when you bug report put the system you play on in the topic title. IE: [PC] Graphics Bug or [XB] Weapon Disappeared from Inventory

    weapons can get lost just by logging out i lost a fully MODed purple assault rifle that has all the MOD slot when i got it so it never went to the matrix and nothing was in the matrix at the time

    I have not experienced that yet, as far as i know. The one bright spot is that I did not have any green or blue mads in the weapon yet.

    Thats exactly what happened to the fully modded purple assualt rifle my wife got from Nolan. She wasn't modding at all at the time.

But ya, they have to report the issues as in each individual, must put in a report bug/open a ticket, what have you to have the issue become known.     It would appear this problem is an epidemic. I'm on PC and have lost my main weapon (purple) to the mod slot/log out bug. Seriously needs to be addressed very soon. I haven't lost any guns randomly just yet. What's the point of playing if you can't be sure EVERY time you log in your gear is going to be there? This seems like it would be issue number one.

    I've also got a major complaint with the in-game bug support (doesn't work on PC). I've submitted two tickets in game and both have failed to show up in the tickets. Support has been entirely absent other than the automated response that my bug had been submitted. Worse, it appears they don't care enough about the customer (paying users) base to give us SOMETHING to appease our losses. That gun was what my entire build was based around and now I'm basically doing nothing in game waiting for some kind of response to my Saturday bug reports.
