Please, stop co-ops abuse to train low-damage weapons

I'm trying to make "kill monarch under 2 minutes" and "kill Motherlode under 5 minutes" achievements. No luck from like 25 attempts. At best there is +1 damage dealer in group while others train pistols, semi-auto snipers, pump shotguns (which need 1 second downtime after each shot) and other pacifist weapons with zero to none DPS.

Please, stop this crap and use SAW or TACC AR or other high-DPS weapons on bosses. I'm tired to carry your sorry 200-300k damage toons through instances and I can't kill bosses alone in time while you are watching.

I think you are trying to ascribe an agenda where there probably is none. Not everyone is in love with stats. They could just be using a gun they like, not realizing that maybe it's not the right one.

Haven't run into this behavior yet, myself, but it sounds annoying. As someone who loves shotguns, I never take anything other than a fully automatic combat shotgun (preferably with +capacity mag)into a long fight. Even then, I sometimes feel like my sustained damage output is anemic. Pump shotguns definitely should not be used on anything that will survive the opening salvo, though. Not only is the firing rate abysmal, the reload time is absurd.

They really need to change something on the pump action shotguns, their damage isn't any better than combat shotguns but their reload... Hard to level it to level 5 for the pursuit.

He's got a point, There are loads of side missions and mobs all over the map to train. Co-op is for COOPERATIVELY DOMINATING A SCENARIO. Don't **** about in there being selfish, do what you should be there to do.

Assuming people can aim and hit critical areas , HP-6 Wolfhounds(a pistol) are one of the single best weapons in the game for PVE. I got both the Motherlode and the Monarch kill in their respective time limits while using a pistol.

Also, how the hell are you not getting motherlode in under 5 minutes? They could shave off a whole minute or so off the pursuit and you could probably still comfortably achieve it. Matron and Monarch are somewhat understandable, but that is just not the case with Motherlode.
