I dont remember having to climb a building when fighting them.
You don't need to climb the building.. there's a ramp leading right into the first imposter...

Its not something thats part of a mission. Its the very tall triangular one. That has a walkway that goes into it. I was near a pillar it said climb x. So i pressed then theresvanother bit that says climb higher then another and now im very high on a building
Start at a pillar on the ground one of the says climb. When you do that a little bit ahead of you on outer edge says climb further. Then jump the gap ahead of you then it says climb further. Thats as far as i got. But theres nothing up here. When you start on the ground floor its near an ammo box on the wall

What is it for?!
Just a random thing me and a friend found. Takes you to the top of a sky scraper but we couldnt fiind anything up there.
