Is your inventory full? If so, you won't be able to receive them. If not, then it must be a random bug.

Let them know where, when and what (as close as you can) and see if they assist in crediting you either the item purchased or the funds spent.
The action you took must be in your characters (or worlds) database somewhere.
If your invo is full go to the in game shop and on the bottom left hand corner there is a claim button that stores items you can't currently pick up.
Just a note, if you're inventory is full then the items often won't show up. Likewise is the case that sometimes they don't show up regardless but appear in your inventory. If your inventory is full, clear out a few items and check the 'Claim Item' section in the store. That's where mine ended up a few times because I didn't pay attention to my inventory.
i didnt get my stuff either and i dont have a full inv or something in the claim or whatever,,,fact is that when i bought it a sudden lag spike occured and my payment was deducted without goods being transfered.

Lockboxes are terrible, I have purchased 6 and all i seem to get is crappy greens and a few blue and one Purple. Never seen a legendary drop from 4 or a 3.

Same thing happened to me this afternoon. This was my 2nd T4 purchased and 4th lockbox. All other times, I received my loot immediately. Today, I did not receive anything but saw both the scrip and keycode count reduced. My inventory was not full but I checked "Claim Items" anyway. There were not items. I submitted an in-game ticket for this.
