I started up Defiance, bugged out and couldn't progress the tutorial, so I alt-tabbed out to check the forums. Upon trying to return to Defiance my screen froze and I was unable to interact, close Defiance.exe, or alt-tab back to any other window. I was only able to break out with a taskkill.exe command I had set up for just such occasions.
