Can't launch the game

Every time I try to launch the game, it gives an error about not finding 2 files (VCRUNTIME140.dll and MSVCP140.dll). Then it recommends me to reinstall the game since it might fix the problem.
Now i already have reinstalled the game for 6 times but it still gives the same error.
Anyway to fix this?

Try repair on vc2008 and/or install vc2012

I have done that as well but it still didn't fix it. Does it matter if it's x86 version?
Or does it have to be x64 version?

I think I did both when I got the error before.

Probably need 64 since the game is now 64bit.
