Cannot see my loadout

I was about to check if I have any other better shields in the Character option after the mission, as I was getting destroyed by the mutants, turns out, I cannot even see pictures or text of my loadout, only if I change my older loadout.

I restarted the game like usual, and then it came back on.

Mount Tam, (as i cannot really remember what mission I was completing, I was doing the first arkfall), after the mission
