If say you miss a few days or you come in later in the series for the game are you unable to do earlier missons?

The whole idea of the game isnt so you must be on at the right time to progress, as stated above you return to where you left off but the bigger bonus is even after you finish a encounter you can replay it as much as you want.

Good question. I also wonder how the TV show's story integration will affect in game missions on a weekly basis. Can anyone explain how the tv show will interact with updated missions if possible?

so basicly

if u start the game at launch and dont miss a single day, you do the new missions as it goes live.

if u start 6 months from launch every mission that was added is there waiting for you up to the current live missions, they just get back logged for you so u do it all and dont miss anything. the only thing u miss out on is the TV show or the days / week between each tv show for the mission .
