Weapon Skills page lines not progressing, runner/roller are.

All the lines for the weapons I use extensively are exactly the same length as the lines for the weapons I have not used at all, which leads me to conclude that the progress lines aren't incrementing at all.

I have no idea whether the skills are progressing in the background, but since runner lines coincided with my getting the lvl 5 achievement in runner, I am led to conclude that lack of weapon line probably = lack of weapon progress attributed to my 'toon.

Mine have not progressed either. One of my clanmates said their's started progressing when they hit EGO Level 50. I've seen them level them up too, as the message says so in Area / Zone chat. However, When I hit 50 my weapon skills still didn't level up.

Runners / Rollers are unaffected as well and still leveled.

I just cracked lvl 30, so I'm not going to get there.
I hope they work that one out by launch.

I learned the following first from Kusari... then a few levels later found it to be true as well.

Weapon skills start gaining xp AFTER you hit Ego 50. The bars barely move... the reason for this is 2 fold. First, the damage being done with 2050 weapons is less than we do in Defiance, by quite a lot. The mobs however are still killable, the balance feels fine. Second, brace yourselves... there are 50 skill ranks. No longer just 20. That's why the bar crawls, the road to 50 is going to be tons and tons of xp to max those weapon skill bars.
