The issues is not about email and beta's.Everyone that has sign up for defiance 2050 news will get this email regardless.The issue is na ps4 gets a chance at this exclusive offer and we eu playes are just supposed to be happy. You are right but i did not log in to the beta with this American account with a fake email, the devs haven't got this email also. My key was sent to eu and i played on my eu account . The email is sent to everyone that sign up to 2050 news,not beta.
Not hard. I download the app from my American account then deleted it.......i then played the beta on my main......The devs dont have my American email account.

Wish the 'news' blurb you found actually had specific details in it. The same with the emails going out. ttoomm or anyone else receiving them have anything in detail delineating the specifics to confirm Elenoe's reading of it?
This ****-up is worth a Dev commenting on, in advance of the Fri livestream, which will likely be postponed until 2:30pm Pacific... just like the other livestreams on the open and closed beta weekends. Lots of PS4 EU customers deserve a clarification before they choose how to spend their money.

that's what I got from yesterdays "PS4 Packs will be available on July 6th" (source - sorry the stupid forum deleted the post TWICE when I tried to post Trion news url; it fails on some critical internal error. Will this work? Jeez Trion is banned from Defiance forum for life it seems.) Even when mail mentions "no headstart" later I don't see it as mutual exclusive right now.

Anyway. You know how every promo mail has that "if your mail client does not show it right click here"? That's the link. You can even see it in the page itself (down there where "unsubscribe" is :P ) as it was in the mail I (and everyone else) got.
TrionMobi itself posted on forums that there will be No Founders Packs after launch. I also made a thread about this and Defiance Twitter account is spamming this as of this week.
Yes, it was badly communicated, you could easily have missed that information.
