Deleted character after season pass purchase!

Basically as stated above, I played the game for a solid 40-50 hours, ego rating between 560 - 600 i think, as soon as I downloaded the season pass my character is gone... GONE completely!

I was in San Francisco, just taken out that Lt guy who you have to search for his DNA match blah blah blah so you can imagine the distance I ploughed through

I also didn't receive my lock box (yes I checked the store for claim items because I received the hell bug cap)

I raised an issue on the 7th in game support, with still no response.

Has this happened to anyone else or have I just been screwed?

Season pass has nothing to do with your char so this story makes no sense what so ever. Along with the fact if you had 40-50 hours of play time you would be higher ego then you state.

Now they can check this fully if you do live tech support just have to sit and waite to talk to them.

Well I've just finished the main missions and I'm only at 580, I don't do all the side missions, pursuits etc I watched all the cutscenes and explored same as I have this time,

And I was as surprised as you, I had my character purchased the season pass then got my hell bug cap then it kicked me off next thing I know I'm creating a new character

how are you login into the game? did you try going thru trion worlds or steam?

I was gonna ask if you had checked what region your client was set to (pretty common mistake for some pc players), but alas.. xbox players are currently region locked aren't they?

They sure are, abit annoying seeing as I have a lot of friends and family in America so We can't play together
