After the recent 7/9/2018 hotfix, I am no longer able to purchase the "Loadout Surplus" on the store, despite not having purchased it in the past.

First off I'm glad y'all remastered the game, I loved it on 360 and I will love it on xbox one. Now to be serious I paid 49.99 to get early access when there people who played beta and got a update to play that's BS to me, so to me that makes me feel as if I wasted money. 2nd 80% of your game is broken I mean it's the same exact game from game from 2013 and the same exact issues at that from the orginal. Y'all had 5 years to fix these problems and not 1 has been fixed. 3rd as of today july9th you have done 2 patches to fix game crashes and yet the game still Crashs when I join a Arkfall, the lag in this game is Insane I mean a lot of your issues can be fixed if you up the server cap, I cant even do the races the rings don't load, the Vechiles refuses to turn because the game is trying to load frames like seriously. The game fully releases tomorrow and boy is it gonna be a cluster duck. I see huge potential in this game and I did in 2013 as well but y'all failed then and I hope you can fix it this go around. I mean sorry if this seems harse but I'm not the only one thinking it. And I really hope you find some way to compensate those who pay for early access because in my book this game was not ready to be released again.

Time: San Quentin mission. Protecting Cooper on the docks.
Character Details: EGO 43-ish? Assault class armed with e-rep legendary and a saw.
Expected Outcome: Going through the mission, killing raiders and finishing the mission.
Observed Outcome: Twice I've attempted the mission and twice I've been Title screened while protecting Cooper on the docks.
Repro Steps: Complete mission up to the docks. See cut scene. Kill a few raiders. Cooper goes down and does something with a crate. A few raiders appear. First time I didn't get to shoot any. It froze and title screened me. The 2nd attempt I stayed up top and shot a bunch of raiders spawning up there, then fired down below to protect Cooper. As soon as I started firing down below, the first raider didn't die and neither did the 2nd raider. Then kicked to title screen.

So after the recent server maintenance my Marin Exploration 2 has been reset and I have no way of doing the side quests again because I have already completed all of them and the other pursuits for Marin Exploration are working just fine. This affect the whole tab from being complete to incomplete each on of the side quest blocks all unchecked after i already did them

So, I got founders. day 6 rolled by, got to play a couple hours, nice. day 7 comes around, and I get a connectivity error? it tells me critical telling me to contact support for help with account and installation issues. press ok, says defiance service not available. Read that you have to try a couple times. day 8 and after hundreds of tries send in a ticket. day 9, get a reply, telling me to power down my pc and my modem, does not work. Give support additional info that was also asked for... tomorrow is the release... maybe I can play then

This is mentioned in the hotfix post:

• Fixed objectives for Pursuit - "Marin Exploration II." Player's will now receive credit for completing the listed side missions. We are working on a solution for players who have already completed any of the objectives previously.

I hope the devs are reading these posts for console users aka xbox one players. first off game was rushed company had 5 years to update servers graphics etc but never did. 2nd for past 4 days game crashes so badly i'm thrown back to my xbox dashboard or game crashes every 2 to 5mins saying server timed out. ( I paid $50 to play 3 days head start and feels like a waste of money) 3rd game lags so badly enemies teleporting all over making game unplayable wasting ammo cant melee the enemy either. 4th devs focus so much on PS4 than xbox one for past 4 days and only 1 or 2 patches that did nothing to fix the issues nor have I seen a real maint. done. is defiance 2050 even ready to be launched tomorrow no it is not ready it should be shut down for another month to be fixed and people refunded. 5th july 9th 2018 i started game up and said network error 10 times had restart game 10 times before it let me sign in then when i signed in said game time out i have even got to play then when i was able get in on my character not even 5mins game timed out wtf going on trion. i'm on xbox one where the dam maint to fix this crap game

i doubt it if the devs are even reading these posts. they had 5 years to update everything and 4 day to do real maint. to fix all the issues tomorrow game going be worse than it is now.
