Very Disappointed, Very poor marketing!

Okay here it is 7/6/18 5:55 AM NA EST and still there is absolutely nothing about Defiance 2050 in the PSN Store. Is this a Hoax? Is Trion messing with their player base? Fact is this is the worst marketing strategy i have ever seen. I been playing video games since Atari. I've owned the PS1, PS2, PS3 and now up to current date the PS4 and in all of my 40 years on this earth i have never seen any game company make the players wait to the exact moment of launch in order to "BUY" a founders pack or pre-order pack. This should have been in the Playstation Store a week ago. I for one was Excited that Defiance is finally coming to PS4 but this is very discouraging Having to wait down to the exact moment it goes live. People like to pre-download a game so they can get right in when a game goes live. I'm really curious what is Trion thinking?

If there was no issue thay would of set it up the same date as x box,i doubt ps4 will be ready for the 10th. If the founders are not in ps4 na by now i don't think it will pop up today, we will probably need to wait till the 10th or after without a change to purchase the bundle.There will be new players wondering why thay can't purchase it,look for this forum and see the disappointment and run a mile.

The founders was In the eu store for the past fue days,just now it disappeared from the list and now it is just the f2p version still saying 7/6/18. Lol.

Well with all the craziness going on in guessing it's going to break it. Founders pack available in EU but not NA. Available for download in EU but not NA. Ppl playing the game last night(well appears so). Still nothing in the PS store at all hours away from the game opening. Now Sony probably is the source of this issue than Trion needs to communicate with the community!

Trion is the source of the problem. As a company in this industry Trion has already dealt with sony before and know how they work. That's why i said this stuff should have been in the PS Store a week ago. knowing how sony has to approve of the game and it's founders pack first they should have anticipated this already.

It's kinda funny. Here you are assuming it's all Trion's fault, when I've been wondering why Sony's been more problematic than Microsoft, who got this partnership with Trion done just fine on the XBox. Why's Sony being so inept? Why can't they see this will make them easy money?

You DO realize Trion has no control over what Sony does, right? So complaining why isn't it up yet, can just as easily be leveled at Sony dragging their heels because they don't want to be bothered much with supporting other gaming company titles.

Think of this from massive global corporation Sony's perspective. Defiance didn't do so well on PS3 because it didn't perform well on that platform, and I'd bet, as a result it never generated near the money Sony would respect. So why do you think they'd go out of their way for Defiance 2050 now?

Trion's had this as a release date for some time, even if they never committed to it publicly to us, until they saw they were on target, or near enough. If they could get it done with Microsoft's Xbox... why is it so inept with Sony... leads me to look at Sony.
