Bonesaw Legendary

I was fortunate enough to receive the legendary bonesaw shotgun as a siege reward. However nothing I do with this gun seems to count at all. Kills, assists, no damage numbers, absolutely nothing counts. I could complete any content with this gun and my score would be zero at the end.

Hello, I am noticing the same thing, I received my bonesaw after a major Arkfall event (If I remember correctly) and used it in the next major Arkfall event. While the weapon is very effective against common enemies (skitterlings, warrior bugs and archers get killed in 1 shot) it does not register any damage done and therefore there is no experience given. The weapons itself is a prototype weapon so I am unsure whether this is deliberatley done or if it is indeed a bug.

A clarification would be greatly appreciated.

Luck I suppose, I got it when I was lvl 31/2 and came 4th in the event. My fully enhanced bonesaw is at 750 power so in the grand scheme of things its not that impressive.

I can Confirm, the Bonesaw is missing all mobs. Zero score since there's no hits

There is one exception... dueling. Instakills. Still no damage numbers, just Dead.

It's got the ability to be ranked 25x... FYI

Yeah, I got this from a siege on PS4 and I can confirm it doesn't show any damage numbers or XP or anything. It seems to kill a bunch of things in my case but it's still obviously bugged somehow. Rather bothersome because it's the only orange weapon I've gotten and I've not even gotten any purples yet, haven't seen a blue in ages either.

edit: Forgot to mention, the rerolls seem bugged too, the only options I got for rerolling recoil are recoil, recoil and recoil.

Tested a little more and it does do damage to things that don't die immediately, it just still doesn't show numbers. Used it on a Tanker and it was about as effective as sniping, which makes sense since the DMG number for the Bonesaw and my sniper rifle are both around 140. I haven't taken the time to figure out if it will credit XP despite not showing numbers or give score in multiplayer activities yet. Considering it only does 3 shots a clip and the enemies can even dodge out of the way of the saws, the damage does seem reasonable.

Today it's switched to doing no damage, out of nowhere. Very odd. There seems to be nothing consistent except for the lack of showing hits/numbers/xp. Also the damage number on the gun went back down to 130 something...

Venom Spitter is broken... besides the crap aiming. When I reroll it doesnt stick, I have to reroll everytime I travel.

I received my Bonesaw from doing 20 side missions...even though I thought I did more..it was tied to an achievement: Pursuit of Excellence. The aiming with it is terrible...if it bounces prior to hitting the target...the bullet just bounces of whatever and shoots straight up. This seems to happen even when I am standing right in front of an enemy target. Sure its one of the many bugs that will need to be looked into.
