PS4 Not Able to Connect Issue

This is full of shtako it's 18 and a half hours now I hope you really made things right then too just say ok it's up me and countless others are really upset about this this was my day off I was going to power play it now me buying the ultimate founders pack headstart is now a waste because I won't be able to play I bought the pack even though I been though shtako for 5 and a half years I really hope me and the countless others get greatly compensated for this error extra valor would be greatly appreciated that would definitely put a smile on my face and I'm sure it would be greatly appreciated by the others as well

2:26 am on the west coast, I am still unable to login to defiance 2050 on Ps4, I tried deleting and reinstalling and it did not help and I am really disappointed. I am reading in the forums that people that do connect have multiple issues while playing and I feel it's best at this point to request a refund from Sony.

IIRC they had problems when defiance released on PS3. And as many bugs that I seen carry over in the beta I’m kind of not surprised we are where we are right now. But it sucks that we haven’t seen any update from a dev in 7 hours. If this is the start of things to come I may as well get a refund like everybody else is saying and delete the game.

P.s. just checked my wife's account, she can still sign in just fine and dandy. No hold ups, no errors, she gets in the servers within seconds.... Thought you should know...

I know, she felt bad when she told me when I got home. She was curious but she knew I really been waiting for this... That's why I still bought the pack after accidentally buying the $50 worth of bits by mistake first time around... So I have $100 invested at the moment and STILL getting a failed login screen. Just wanted to emphasize STILL to the devs on here, who said they are up now....

I'm assuming its because she participated in the Beta... that is the rumor going around that all Beta participants got Head Start as well.... -shrugs- Idk because Trion has been really bad about communicating things past week..... reaaally bad lol.


Edit: which doesn't make sense because I participated in the Beta as well.... Unless Founder's Packs are locking people out, which would be a-whole-nother ****ed up situation...
