    Going on 22 and a half hours as I again can't play and have to go to work and this is now a waste of my money I can't see how any of you could sleep knowing this is going on I'm asking Sony for a refund if it's not fixed with a happy compensation by the time they open today

    Very same issue that I reported yesterday is happening again today... constant critical login errors, on PS4, Ultimate Founder Pack.

    Now I'm officially annoyed.
    Defiance 2050 = 2018's worst cash grab. 100% fact.

    I first accidentally bought the stupid 6250 bits thinking it was the $50 Founders Pack because the actual packs were not up yet. But afterwards bought the $49.99 Ultimate Founder's Pack.

    Has any Ultimate Founder gotten a refund and seen if it lets you log-in without the Ultimate purchase on your account?

    Sony itself can issue a refund. Their call-in line opens on Monday but their chat opens in an hour and ten.

    My only concern is if are you allowed to rebuy something that you previously got a refund for.

    Didn't Xbox earlier have an issue with Ultimates not being able to play, too?

    Well someone else can, I don't want a refund. I just want Trion to get this fixed. I wanted the pack and everything in it.
