My friend was able to play for hours and we're less than an hour away from each other. The difference is, she has better internet because she lives in the city. I wonder players with better internet speeds are being prioritized some how (anyone with really good internet speeds still unable to get in?). In any case, the Dev team are all PC players and it shows. I really enjoyed what I got to play of Defi and I'd really like to get back to it. Here are some observations:

The error code I posted earlier is a general appcrash code. It happened multiple times during the Beta but I was always able to log back in. Not so now.

Even though you posted a Hotfix, PS4 is not showing that there is an update for the software. I'm reinstalling (after deleting), but that's an 8 hour ordeal for me and if others are to be believed, this likely won't even fix the problem. Just letting you know PS4 system says what I had was the most up-to-date, even though it obviously wasn't. I hope all updates won't require a full reinstall.

I thought maybe deleting my save data would help. I barely started so I wouldn't be a big deal to start over. However when I looked there is no Defiance 2050 save data listed. This is odd. All my other games (and even some I don't have anymore) have some save data but not Defi. Don't know if that's relevant.

Tried changing my DNS settings for the hell of it. Didn't help. I'm in the south (Texas) and my friend an hour away has no issues. What is this black magic?

So, I have been monitoring many of these threads, if you played the beta you get early access for free, the file get an update and becomes full version, then if buy a founders pack you are supposed to be granted early access as well. So I have a question...how many of us played the beta, then bought a founders pack? How many beta people bought a ultimate founders pack? I am NOT a programmer but I seriously believe the game is faultering because of this and that's why we fail to login...Please open to comments, tell me what you think, and please I would like to know if you played the beta and bought a founders pack?

Well i had Beta on PC but did not do beta on PS4 But i bought 2 ultimate founders packs one for me in Nevada and one for a friend in Chicago. He was also in beta on PC but not PS4 he is able to play i am not able to play. Also as some one was saying folks being banned in other trion games are not allowed on 2050. I have never been banned on any game from any developer so that is not a possiblity for reason why i can't play. I am currently doing a reinstall and seeing if that helps. But after that i am at a lost as what to do other than wait lol

If you are having issues logging in to PS4 after the servers were unlocked, please PM me your PSN account name. We are actively looking into this, but the issue is not affecting all players, so it has been quite difficult to track down.
