I think 'Trove' is actually Defiance 2050. I don't know why I have a blank console spot though. That might be because I don't have an xbox of any kind at all.

Edit: In any case, I'm submitting a support ticket. Again.

You will not be able to unlink the ps4 so I think you are right and this might be the bug we have been looking for... LOL

The only Trion game I ever played was Defiance. I did not personally link my ps4 to glyph either. I had to with ps3 and xbox 360. I do not even own xbox one.

I also found it weird that it asked about an e-mailing list when I first logged and when I looked at my e-mail preferences in Glyph... they didn't reflect what I chose. LOL. I think it had me down for 2050 for xbox but I corrected it so I don't remember.

Same here Unit. I've spent 100 to get to level 35 and not be able to log back in. I did notice on my link account section in glyph that I do have a trove for ps4 which I have never played and defiance on ps3 and one blank spot with nothing. The Valor issue is also troubling cause when I was able to login I only had 2000 valor. That's just not rite. I didn't grind out hours upon hours on defiance pc to get a mere 2000 valor. That's bull. I'm sure they are looking into all of this hopefully the login issue first. I know that they will be making this up to us with huge amounts of FREE in game items, valor, currencies and a whole lot of goodies because that's just who they are and that's what they should do (Correct?). Well I can dream at least lol. Refuse refund for faulty product. I don't think so (COUGH LAWYER) lol.

Update to Valor issue I recieved a email here is what it says

The Valor program migrations were completed using an automated system that granted items to Defiance 2050 based on what was on any linked Defiance accounts. Unfortunately, the Customer Service department is unable to grant additional Valor items or Valor Commendations.

Note: I've never used or installed Trove. And why is there a blank console spot? When you go to the linked accounts part of Glyph it just says PS4 linked. This is the legacy link page. I'm curious if others who are locked out have the same list or similar.

Mine looks exactly the same as yours. Well, Monday morning when Trion’s employees come in to work on their Defiance mess, at least they will know where the issue is! Lol...

I predict that Trion will put out a two hour patch on Monday afternoon. It will resolve nothing. And then the issue will resolve itself on Tuesday at 11 am... I am golf clapping in advance... and I will be expecting a refund on Tuesday at 11:01 am.
