PS4 Not Able to Connect Issue

I can't get back in-game on PS4. I was playing until the hot-fix. Couldn't get on after. My son, in same house, can get on his PS4 or mine. I can't get on even on his PS4. So we were trying to find any differences in our accounts. Neither of us ever played any Trove or any other Trion games. We both origionally linked our PS3's. We both played the closed Beta.
Checking that old Defiance in-game link it has Trove -PS4, a blank console, then Defiance PS3.

Did your son ever play original Defi?

Edit: oop! Nevermind. I see that you both have. Did he agree to emails when he first logged on to Defi 2050?

You will not be able to unlink the ps4 so I think you are right and this might be the bug we have been looking for... LOL

Heres the thing with that...some people have been able to get to level 27, 29, even 35 and then had issues. Some of us have NOT even been able to make a character...how is free stuff going to be dispersed when "Joe Smoe" who got the game for free and only missed out on a few hours compared to the players that spent $50, $75, even $100 and haven't even been able to build an avatar.

Oh I agree with you JarJar. Many can't even make a character. I just hope they get everything fixed and try to make it up to us with some incredible items or valor just something to make it rite. Let's see how they handle this situation.

I predict that Trion will put out a two hour patch on Monday afternoon. It will resolve nothing. And then the issue will resolve itself on Tuesday at 11 am... I am golf clapping in advance... and I will be expecting a refund on Tuesday at 11:01 am.

Yes, you must be speaking from experience. Im Still locked out on ps4.

First off, thank you sir for the link, much abliged, secondly just after I submitted my ticket big red screen popped up advising all platforms of Defiance, the in-game store is down and the have NO ETA when it will be back up, so once again even if you can get in the game, there are issues with every aspect of the game. At some point I think Trion is gonna have to wave the white flag and close all servers until they can figure out WTH is going on with this game. Clearly they needed to postpone launch and that wasn't an option so they uploaded a game that's 70%ish done and hoped for the best?!? Figured they could fix it on the fly.

Update to Valor issue I recieved a email here is what it says

To the players who haven't been able to log in at all, do you own or have played Trove on PS3 or PS4? Just curious.

I have never played Trove nor Defiance on Xbox but I found have my Live account linked to Glyph and I have the same weird-looking "missing" link page too. Yes this definitely sucks but good to see some familiar gamer tags in forums from back in the day *****ing along with me. Lol
