    So to clarify, its stuff you ONLY purchased with bits, and not the hundreds of dollars potentially spent paying for the original edition of the game, DLC and season passes? So no compensation for paying money before things went F2P?

    What about the outfits and vehicles from buying packs and season pass. Seems very unfair if you have left those people out considering they forked over money for these things too.

    this is how we got the extra loadout slots day 1 players who bought the game started with 5 load out slots , when game game went f2p , f2p players started with 3 loadslots. the vet pack had nothing to do with issue . it looks like yall owe the players who paid for game load out slots. its seems the misunderstanding is on trions end. unless trion doesnt plan to honor these slots to us players who paid for the game

    edit: i never bought a Veteran pack. these missing slots are easy to track. they are tied in to code enter to glyph from the instruction manual form players who bought the game.

    I purchased Defiance when it released before it went Free to Play. I also purchased an additional loadout slot through the bits store as I have the 6th loadout slot unlocked and to my knowledge this was the only to unlock it. I also currently have 4 characters on Defiance.

    Not the response I was seeking ... it was said your load outs would transfer , there were no conditions ffs ... how, when etc ... your disclosure is abysmal at best .. Unbelievable, well , not really

    Sent a PM to Zephkial. At THE LEAST I should be getting my 1 loudout slot I bought. Also asked about character slots.

    I put a ticket in with support. Here is my "question" along with their response.

    Me:
    "Per the forum post from TrionMobi (here: http://forums.defiance.com/showthrea...-Defiance-2050) the account items that were supposed to transfer to Defiance 2050 from Defiance have no transferred. I have not received the character slots or the loadout slots specified despite having them on my account in Defiance. I am still limited to to 2 character slots as well as 2 loadout slots on each of my characters.

    Please award these to my first created and logged in character Kasumi as per the forum post as soon as possible."

The Valor program migrations were completed using an automated system that granted items to Defiance 2050 based on what was on any linked Defiance accounts. Unfortunately, the Customer Service department is unable to grant additional Valor items or Valor Commendations.

    I know this isn't the answer that you were looking for and it isn't the one that we like to provide, but if the items were not sent over with the Valor system implemented in the game then we would not have a way to transfer them over.

    I replied stating that my request had nothing to do with Valor or console. Despite this they sent me a very similar reply. Support REALLY doesn't seem like they have any idea what account transfers are for 2050. Can we PLEASE have a developer come post here to clarify to support and get me my loadout slot please?
