I am on Platform PS4. PSN name Nightangel1801 have not been able to log in since launch of early access have bought ultimate founders pack. and bought a second one for my friend in Chicago he is able to log on. Me here in Nevada can not log on to game.
So if the Ark Chests are removed, what happens when we get to the Key Cap? I mean if we can't use the keys they will get to the cap fast. Are the keys we were supposed to get just going to be deleted since we are at the cap? Or will they go into the Item Claim? Those keys cost like 120 Bits. So if they do just get deleted that's like us losing 120 Bits for every key we lose?

HotFix did nothing. First arkfall...couldnt even get to first crystal, shard, etc....bounced me right back to the xbox one dashboard. No hesitation. 7:28pm central time.
2 arkfalls at the boss....4 discos....Complete game crash to dashboard on xbox one x. No resume option...makes it hard to gain xp when you can not complete these. Latest one was 9:46pm central time us.

Im on ps4 , and have been locked out since last night, this patch did nothing to help, still un able to login. many ps4 users have this issue.

Constant critical log in errors.
Quite frustrating.

With all of us who paid for the Ultimate on PS4 who can’t play because of a lock out issue on your end. You made your money if you unlock to free to play then at least we who did pay can actually play. Because the allow access lock feature is not working properly. If it was then we could login. This is not right not right at all. I was happier when the servers were off all day. I at least new there was a problem but they have been up and we are still locked out.
$100 spent, 34 hours later and still can't log in...
