Hot Fix 7/7/2018 - 7PM PT

HotFix did nothing. First arkfall...couldnt even get to first crystal, shard, etc....bounced me right back to the xbox one dashboard. No hesitation. 7:28pm central time.



2 arkfalls at the boss....4 discos....Complete game crash to dashboard on xbox one x. No resume option...makes it hard to gain xp when you can not complete these. Latest one was 9:46pm central time us.

Can you please give me info regarding your accounts, and what platform you play on? We are definitely looking into any issues like this.

I am on PS4. Bought the Ultimate Founder’s Pack. Haven’t been able to log in on July 6, 7, or 8. Get ‘your log in attempt failed. Please try again.’ Apparently I should not have bought a founder’s pack, as many others who did not pay for early access can log in just fine. Thanks for the 50 percent experience boost... does that boost apply to failed log in attempts?

No. Actually. I paid $20 to play early. I don't actually care about the other stuff. If they had offered NOTHING ELSE and said, 'Hey Early Access = $20' I'd have still paid $20. So no, as I am on PS4 and still unable to play EARLY, I am not getting what I paid for. Especially since the pack I bought is classes that will be RELEASED AT A LATER DATE and are not actually exclusive.

Substitute $20 with $50, and that's my current situation. Well said!

I am loving this game again but after you guys did this hot fix it seemed to make the crashing worse I can’t even drive by the arkfall without crashing I am an Xbox founders owner and hoping that you guys upgrade or do something to your servers that it won’t happen like this anymore cause hoping on streaming the game later this week and don’t won’t to be crashing mid stream cause of arkfalls try to fix this issue as soon as possible so some of us can actually do arkfalls again I used to love doing arkfalls cause of how chaotic it was and intense the action is and want some of my viewers to enjoy that as well so here is hoping that trion can listen and help in fixing the issues

I understand launch issues, but the constant disconnects driving to arkfalls and lag is unacceptable.

At least you can play, many ps4 players still can not connect, still no word on progress at repairing or resolving this in some way. This is very much unacceptable.

XB/EU still get kick out when play mjr AF or Siege. and side mission 101 cannot start no 'X' to press.
