Can't enter certain vehicles

I bought the RM Nomad V6 Camo Grey/Black, but when I try to enter it, I can't. I had the same problem with Cassie's truck for those missions. I can walk right through them and never get the "E" to enter.

1. You can walk trough your car etc.
2. Sounds like a bug.
