No bit store?Ps4 said retrieve data? Help devs plz

I download defiance class bundle on na ps account but started playing with my main eu defiance account for valor.But no bits are up in game store still,its said retrieve data?.I purchased some bits from the ps eu store today but still haven't received them. My valor is locked to this region,i want to play on na,but not able to purchase anything. Help devs!!!

Can you fix the in game bit store please devs,there are a fue people that have same issue.If this can not be fixed can i have my 10 k valor back and you take back my purchase so i can get 10k valor worth of inventory ? ,i can't imagine only having a small inventory space forever.

Understanding now that the app is region locked i will never be able to purchase bits or future bundles in defiance 2050.Not fair because a eu player wants to stay on na. I will put a ticket in to get my refund on bits i did not get. Your missing out on some cash tho.
