    Can't buy surplus from the store

    I can't buy the inventory surplus from the stord no matter how many times I do it. I don't know if it's a first time purchase, but I have bought it once before on a character when I first loaded in, and the tutorial wouldn't load, so I ended up deleting it, losing the bits.

    I had this bug 2 days ago. The Surplus inventory was saying PURCHASED while I never purchased it. Next day, I could buy it again. So I bought one... and I still can buy it so I dont think there is a "limit" of how many you can buy. It's really a bug in my opinion. I hope you're lucky as me and can have it back quickly!

    I've only been able to buy one. Tried buying a second and never got credit but it didn't eat my bits either. If its locked to only one purchase it should say so though.

    No idea if its an account wide purchase though. Would be nice if the store was more informative.

    Might be worth contacting support over though.

    I don't care that much about losing the bits, since it was my fault, but Everytime I try to purchase the surplus, it just won't let me

    Thanks for mentionning. If it's only one per account then could a dev tells us. I hope you wont lose your bits for trying at least. That would be super lame!


    EDIT: for the science, i'll try to buy another one.. if it works, i'll lose 900 precious bits and will have so much inventory space that i wont need to sell anything for the next 3 months :P


    EDIT2: so far, i haven't been charged for it and never received the precious space inventory... it must be one and only one per account... sounds like the PURCHASED icon that i saw the other day is broken.

    You paid for your first pack, they took the 900 bits and never gave you the space? I guess wait til tomorrow just to see if the hotfixes help. If not, make screenshots and contact technical support. I'm sure they'll help you out as quick as possible to make sure you get your inventory space.
