ATI Flickering/Blinking textures/Shadow bug

Whats going on why this game have flickering/blinking issues so much.
I have better computer then when i play old defiance and this is quite annoying.

Sometimes i have 1-5 second blinks or some other stuff similar to flickering etc.
Last time when i was on higher ground stuff around me like stones building hellbug eggs gone black for 2 second and go back when i move closer.
Same stuff with shadows on wall sometimes.

Resolution: 2560x1080
FPS stable 60
Temperatures CPU/GPU 55
Graphic card: MSI Radeon R9 270X HAWK, 2GB
CPU: Ryzen 5 1600
Memory: 8GB

I've had the flickering as well. Similar card AMD R7 260x. I thought it might be drivers. But running the 18.6 drivers and flickering still, was also flickering in beta on 18.2 drivers.

Mostly for me its just all the objects in the game seem to flicker/refresh in and out of existence for a couple seconds.

I have had one instance where when I was running the game for a long period of time I started getting green bars artifacting on the screen. Temperatures weren't even close to overheating. Running around 50c~ at that time.

I've also noticed at Headlands Transit Depot after I got done with the story cutscene and went back outside there was like all of the map except where I was standing covered in a green fog looked like some kind of graphical glitch. Just restarted to get rid of it.

If its AMD only I guess we could contact AMD to look into updating the drivers. But not heard of many people mentioning the issue.

Graphics settings have bloom and motion blur turned off. Overscan and Proxy memory are default settings.

Seemed to maybe have made a difference. Its night time in game right now though so will have to see what it does in daytime.

Edit: After playing for a while. Seems it did the trick to get rid of the flickering. Can barely tell the shadows are gone to be honest.

Yea i think is better to me too.
