I absolutlely loved the first defiance, and when they dropped their first dlc i was estatic. The charge blades as a weapon class of their own.. I was so excited to get my hands on one in 2050, come to find its just a lousy skill.. Its such a let down & ive lost ambition on the game..i have all 5 classes, im just extremely angered and disappointed in this decision..

Devs have said multiple times,there is no blades going in to 2050.Thay are remodeling the bmg and infecters as prototypes and thats it.
The devs need to fix it then and realize what players want.

Since the crusader class is shown with a warhammer, Im going to guess that they are locking in melee weapons to specific classes.

Play the assassin class man, the final skills are either a charge sword or a charge sniper and I think it lasts for around 40 seconds when max lvl. They added quite a few different weapons as class abilities, like hatchling grenades are a special buff for demolitionist, and healing stim for assault.
Im all for them adding in the full list of weapons that were available in the OG 5 year old Defiance, heck I haven't seen a single courier!... hopefully they are just level locked, and will drop at higher levels.
