Playstation 4 Black screen/Flickering

This has been getting gradually worse and worse the longer I’ve played it started with what looks like screen tearing and has now become full blown screen black out, it’s not the TV or the PlayStation 4 itself as I have played different games to rule that out and they are all flawless.

I tried to capture gameplay using the Playstation 4 onboard capture service and it doesn’t come through so sorry for the bad quality but you’ll get the idea

I have this same issue, what i did noticed is that it always does this if you log out, then you get into a character selection, from that point it flickers and has this weird line across the screen... i had to wipeout my character once because ai of the quest, enemies or characters got stucked... its a mess... now i got logged out again and it told me that im in 781 position in queue which will take 8min... So question is, what the hell they changed from 2013 ps3 version? Well not much....
