I had just asked the same question in the general forums.

I've been sitting in server Que waiting to get into the game for 30 minutes and the wait time is STILL at 1 hr and 29 minutes which was what the time started on when i logged on the game(PS4). If i back out the number goes higher but the Que Position nor the time remaining has dropped within 30 minutes of waiting... Not even a minute has been lowered.
They are aware , fix coming ...

yo Johnny I'm having the same problem restarted the app 3 times and been waiting in que for an hour now and still in the position 1259.
Ya saw other thread.
I was having the same issue. Now I can get past the que but time out before the game will load.
Got past the queue now but instantly dc.
