Minigun doesn’t spawn, can’t finish tutorial

So I had no problems with my Xbox One & PS4 “clubside” accounts, but my Xbox One “clubside360” cannot finish the tutorial as opening the chest doesn’t spawn the minigun and I’m quickly overrun with my pea shooter and a shottie. Choosing Extract causes a Critical “service unavilable” or crash to home screen. If I log in again I’m placed right back at the same spot with no spawn. I also deleted the character and did the whole thing from scratch with the same outcome.

I did it the hard way with the pea shooter. After getting to Mount Tam I started taking items from my Claims (more than 250) and I was disconnected. Now I can’t log in without timing out.

Yeaah I've had the same issues. I just did it the hard way..The one time I found the weapon from the box it was behind a rock on the hill and you couldnt get it but i saw it....lol

The miniguns you see , glowing orange , you cannot equip .
There is one in the crate you can open and get against the wall
