farm hand side quest (PS4)

I start the quest go to location kenn farm and nothing happens the quest circle stays there and i cant progress with the quest, tried a number of things such as resting game and login out and in

[Johnny Stranger]

I had no problem with this .. what circle ? A blue or yellow circle ? That indicates a siege is ongoing if you see a circle around Kenn farm ... wait 15 minutes and it will be over
