    A bit confused about shields

For the most part these seem to be similar to D13. What's the difference of capacity and durability. The rest such as hit points, repair delay, recharge delay, and recharge/sec I understand. Any help is much appreciated!

Armor has Durability, Shields have Capacity. They mean the same thing - how much damage either can absorb before being broken =)

Armor has the quality akin to the recovery of long recharge delay high recovery shields of Oldefiance, around 10 seconds and the armor totally recovers. As opposed to shields which start recovery faster, but then take a few ticks to recover in stages. The baseline seems to be about 5 seconds delay then around 20 percent recovery per second after that.
