So if the Ark Chests are removed, what happens when we get to the Key Cap? I mean if we can't use the keys they will get to the cap fast. Are the keys we were supposed to get just going to be deleted since we are at the cap? Or will they go into the Item Claim? Those keys cost like 120 Bits. So if they do just get deleted that's like us losing 120 Bits for every key we lose?

Fyi- most of the people who aren't able to play are prob perma banned from any of trions other game titles. They failed to mention that is an issue.

That's a really insensitive thing to say since there are so many of us on PS4 who Trion has acknowledged are just having some kind of issue with our account and not because we misbehaved elsewhere.

How is it insensitive? I gave information that helps others out. If did nothing wrong in past trion games, nothing to worry about.

No. Actually. I paid $20 to play early. I don't actually care about the other stuff. If they had offered NOTHING ELSE and said, 'Hey Early Access = $20' I'd have still paid $20. So no, as I am on PS4 and still unable to play EARLY, I am not getting what I paid for. Especially since the pack I bought is classes that will be RELEASED AT A LATER DATE and are not actually exclusive. Whatever else it came with (I don't even know), is so far overshadowed by my vehicles/outfits/titles that were transferred from the original Defiance (thanks for that, BTW devs--I LOVE YOU) that placing any significant value on those bundled items--in my case anyway, is laughable.

I am kinda glad I didn't get the Ultimate pack though, or I'd definitely be more butthurt rn.

With all of us who paid for the Ultimate on PS4 who can’t play because of a lock out issue on your end. You made your money if you unlock to free to play then at least we who did pay can actually play. Because the allow access lock feature is not working properly. If it was then we could login. This is not right not right at all. I was happier when the servers were off all day. I at least new there was a problem but they have been up and we are still locked out.

I have to agree here... There are people who didn't pay getting a head start over people buying $20 and $50 bundles to be able to get a head start over free players... it's *** backwards and meanwhile my character (who i haven't even given the chance to create) could get my name taken before I even given a chance by a free player. And they will be further ahead in leveling and gear gathering than I am, putting me at a disadvantage.... while I paid to get ahead.
