Another Crashing vent thread

I made a previous post about how I was losing my patience with defiance and while I still maintain that this is a great game, if it wasn't a buggy mess, I feel the need again to reinforce just how thin my patience is growing with these crashes that are not even client side. If it was a client side issue I could understand a lot more but this is on your end Trion and has been since the OG defiance so how in 2018 is this still such a problem? As much as I wasn't to vent my frustration (After crashing 8 times in less than 20 minutes just trying to do co-op and/or events because I need them chests) I am trying to remain as positive as possible because I know you are aware of the issue and are "working on it". I will say again after all these hot fixes and other things I have seen 0 improvement on the crashing front and it is making me lose a lot of motivation to grind this game when I am consistently running through entire co-op missions just to get near the end and have it crash on me and not be able to get back into the match because, oh it crashes again when I rejoin and then a third time when I queue for tier 2 co-op again.

I have no doubts you know and are fully aware of the negative impact this kind of release has on your playerbase and the future of the game but I mean if these issues were so big in the original defiance almost 5 years ago how in the heck are they still such a major issue with 2050? I really cant seem to put my finger on why this is still happening. Will I continue to grind, yes because when I can actually make progress it feels good but when I get in these ruts of just constantly crashing it really puts a damper on my motivation to play and support your game which I have done already between founders pack and buying coin for some styling clothes and wheels.

Thank you, rant/vent over. Sometimes it just feels better to get it out there and hope someone reads it and says "Ok lets cut the crap and fix this".

I don't know how the OP chrashes but I get frequent DCs just like in the close beta (but not open beta, weird). I played the original Defiance where this didn't happen so I guess the problem is not on my end.

Please make the game remember your "event progress" (Arkfalls, Sieges, Coops, etc.) even after disconnecting so when we get a DC and then relogged-in, our progress isn't lost.

Wait, WHAT? Relogging in 2050 does NOT put you back in the same instance you were? Not even if you TP to a friend/clanmate that was at the same instance?

OLDefiance used to be like this, years ago, until Devs fixed that. Every modern MMO relogs you into the same instance you were after a DC.

I did what mission instance with Nolan and Irisa and I got DC'ed. When I got back, I needed to redo it from the start.

I was doing seige and was doing best ive ever done on any defiance version... Was using That's That and getting 10 kills per shot. Anyways last min of seige I get dashboarded on the xbox one. I rejoin, it actually placed me back int he same phase so I was happy. I was right there next to the seige running back into but... It ends before I get to it.... UGH I HATE THE CRASH!!!!

Like a lot of the forum users, i really love defiance but the crashing is so frequent it has totally ruined the experience for me. I can't do public events, pvp or co-op. I feel at this point i will just uninstall the game and comeback at a later date.
