Deleted wrong character without realising

Hi don’t know if this posted in correct tab but earlier tonite I went to delete a character which I don’t use and when I clicked delete and typed it in and clicked confirm it deleted my main character which I had played since it came out on Tuesday and was hoping there was a way you could restore my main character please I played on PS4 eu server character name was mcnally2201 I was a assault human male and had done the campaign up to ego level 33 and am gutted that can’t get character back to carry on playing

It can take them a few days to reply, plus where they are at they won't have been in work for long so will have lots of tickets to reply to. Give them a few days, they'll reply.

My issue with this mission is that the enemy is always way over powered compared to me. I’m currently just shy of 1600pwr any the enemy is always 2000 right now. I can get through the first section and it’s nearly impossible solo to get the tankers in this version of the game. How did everyone else do with the mission? And not getting the advanced weapon still sucks here. Not even sure what it is but it could probably help.
