character ui too big

i cant take a sc cause dont know how, i explored all the options and nuthing,printscreen doesnt work, well my proble is the ui of the craracter interface is too big and i cant see below my weapons (skills, passives) changed resolution, graphics settings high and low and nothing anyone having the same issue?

I saw the video, I don't understand the question.

It might not be a bug.
We might be able to give an answer that would help you get passed it.

The class under loadouts is cut off. Is what i notice in the video.

Have you made sure your resolution is correct? I had the same problem, and checked that. Seems Defiance 2050 likes to pick whatever it wants, to run at
