At least 3 people in my group complained that their main toons disappeared from 2050, when they looged in today. And they didn't logged to different servers because, well, they can't.

i have 4 toons on xbox one, and havent lost a single one, hope they dont get deleted anyway, i got (tupac,MGK,CashMeOutSideHowBowDah) ahahhaha

Try uninstalling the game and reinstalling it, worked for me I made a post exactly about this just a few hours ago. Hopefully this works, and sometimes it'll happen a few after that but it does eventually resolve itself it seems
It's something to do with the screwed up servers, sometimes I start up the game my toon doesn't show up but when I quit the game and try again it's back.
No idea what would happen if someone created a new one when their toon wasn't showing up..
I just logged in , no toons , only create a character.

i just tried to log in and got the typical critical login crap then after 4th try it logged in an my ark hunters were gone tooo wth man i was just playing on my guy before this maintenance at 5am est
