Well that's what consoles do to great games, They have to get dumbed down to run on there crappy hardware. Same thing will happen to the so called "next gen" maybe not at first but give it a 1 or 2 it will. I'm more interested in Arma 3 anyways now that's an amazing game and it's still in alpha stages.

Still on the fence with Defiance, we hardly have info on the game, sure we know the ego grid and the basics but right now I want more information. It's less than a month to the release and the nda is still up, plus not even information on the very first dlc which we can prepurchase in the season pass already.
We all know how you feel about consoles but do you always have to bring it up in your post?

I was just thinking the same thing.....
I used to be an eager Ark Hunter like you, then i took a "soon" to the ear.
I actually had fun with Crysis 2 for a bit. The story was a bit weak but multiplayer was fun for a little. I absolutely love the main theme of that game and play the song all the time. I think I'll play it now haha
I'm still waiting to play... until then I can't really say what I think about the game, but from everything that I have seen I think I will enjoy it a lot.

good news, i've been trying to talk so many people into getting it, they seem interested, but i doubt they will follow through and get the game, cause quite frankly most people i know don't play mmo's actually none do, i really hope this game doesn't flop cause i see the potential, and also think this is the beginning of a new trend in gaming, where entertainment will merge, cause movies are losing steam compared to the growing video game entertainment market, and we all get to be the old geezers saying we played the very first one, defiance
