Update: Server is apparently coming down for a quick reset to address this. (PS4 NA)

Been over 4 hours for me...thanks for the info and I am glad that we are finally getting a ‘quick’ reset...

Nope, still having the exact same issue, either it gives the timed out error or it doesn't load my characters. PSN NA
