Help with a Bullet for a Bad man

Jack Leg Joe now jumps down with full ark shields now negating any damage you can do with no way through his shields still constantly spamming grenades. A Grenade launcher only does minimal damage which he still regenerates so the damage is negligible and makes him pretty much unbeatable after 20 minutes of fighting I just quit. It was ridiculous, not any fun and remind me of two old people ****ing. Took forever did a lot of work and still didn't get anywhere. How did you guys beat this? More importantly why the hell is able to keep his shield now?

I was ego 50/1400 when i fought him last night. I just tagged the smelter and kept shooting Jack in the face with a RL. After he jumped down, just keep shooting him in the face with a RL while avoiding his attacks.

WHen he jumped down and you did all of this was his shield still active?

Morning yours sounds like it bugged. I did this one yesterday and it want as it should do he jumped down with no shield and i killed him

To confirm he was right it was a bug after exiting out and going back in the Boss behavior was normal. At 50 percent his shield does go down and he is able to be killed.
